"Estelia was a huge help from start to finish in helping us find our new home in St. Petersburg. While we were familiar with the St. Pete area, her in-depth knowledge of the downtown area and surrounding neighborhoods was invaluable as we tried to find our perfect new home, re-locating from New York. Estelia was super responsive, answering every question we had. Even when she was on vacation out of the country, she responded immediately to us. After she helped us find the perfect house and write a strong offer, she worked tirelessly around the clock for the next 30 days until we closed on the property. She made sure that every issue was settled quickly to our satisfaction and was with us every step of the way. She took the stress and worry out of today's complicated home-buying process. "As relative newbies to Florida, it was critical that we have an agent that knows neighborhoods inside and out. Estelia does - probably because she's been an agent here for so many years :) We had a challenging listing agent that was fairly non-communicative, but Estelia and her Broker/Owner helped get us to the finish line by staying on top of some seller challenges. Moreover, she's a great negotiator and communicator, we always felt like we were looped in and well advocated for. She also worked directly with our lender beautifully, which just made the whole process feel as stress-free as possible.We chose Estelia because she was highly recommended to us from a friend of ours that had worked with her on purchases and sales over many years. "Estelia's tagline is Estelia will sell 'ya but it should be Estelia will service the hell out of 'ya. She has found me multiple properties though her patience, knowledge and pulse on the market. She never gives up and keeps working until the customer is satisfied. This goes for when I acquired two properties and also relates to when I decided to sell a property as well. St. Petersburg, in general, has been a great market for me to be in, it has a great culture of art, restaurants and healthy environment and Estelia knows how to best fit what your tastes are to the availability of listings. I am thinking of buying another property and Estelia is my first and only choice in this regard. Estelia will service the Hell out of 'ya!"
